Radius Jig Router Template

$6.50

DIGITAL FILE – Router Radius Jig, you will need a 3D printer to print this item. Get perfect radius with ease. Just pick the radius you want from the handy part holder, add it to the handle and rout a perfect corner.

This has been a meticulously designed tool that has taken many iterations to perfect. The handle provides a stable platform that keeps your fingers safe, while locating firmly on the project. The radius insert components are quick and easy to install yet provide a very stable and accurate fixing. It can be used with a table router or a hand-held router.

This tool has been cleverly designed, to work best with the strengths and weaknesses of a 3D printer. It requires no support material and by following the included Print Instructions it is a very easy print.

Radius are provided in Metric and Imperial sizes

Metric (mm) – 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50

The model has been optimized for efficient and easy printing. I would recommend PETG, though it also works with PLA. • What if I can’t get the same dimension lumber?

We understand that finding the same size lumber can be difficult at times. Unfortunately, lumber sizing tends to vary from country to country and even from store to store. To cope with this, we try to build in wiggle room to our plans wherever possible.

Please read the ‘Materials Required’ section carefully. We try to specify if a dimension is critical or if you can substitute for something close.

Also please read the entire manual before ordering any materials, once you have a good idea of the process, it should all become clear how you might be able to tweak things to suit.
